Nothing, no complaints at all.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The very efficient and friendly door man always gave me a warm welcome or departure. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location was perfect, with a great view and easy access to transportation. The hotel's team, led by Maryna Balya, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I didn't even want to leave the hotel to try local restaurants because the dining options on-site were superb. this was an amazing place to be at any time of the day or night.
